Content Delivery Network
Content Delivery Networks (CDN) can be used to deliver your entire website, including dynamic, static, streaming, and interactive content using a global network of edge locations commonly known as CDN nodes. Requests for your content are automatically routed to the nearest node, so content is delivered with the best possible performance. CDNs are optimized to work with other Web Services, most notably Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) which allows the delivery of your S3 bucket to the end user from the closes node in their city/state instead if your server in Virginia/Oregon/etc. CDNs also works seamlessly with any other 3rd party servers, which stores the original, definitive versions of your files. There are no long-term contracts or minimum monthly usage commitments for using CDNs.

S3, provides developers and IT teams with secure, durable, highly-scalable file storage. It is easy to use, with a many command line and client software to store and retrieve any amount of data from anywhere on the web. With S3, you only pay for the actual storage you use. There is no minimum fee and no setup cost. There are a wide variety of use cases including cloud applications, content distribution, backup and archiving, disaster recovery, and big data analytics.
Databases
ColumbusSoft has an RDS Service (Relational Database Service) which makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL database in the cloud. It provides cost-efficient and re-sizable capacity while managing time-consuming database administration tasks. It combines the speed and availability of high-end commercial databases with the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of open source databases. We provide RDS to all our existing customers with data that is significant or sensitive, which is stored on a beast! The RDS instance with its own dedicated resources of 4 CPUs and reduntant RAM and Storage which have slaves in different regions and data centers cloning it, ready to be replaced in the case of a failover, allowing us to continuously upgrading and doing maintenance on your database without any downtime of performance loss, no more under maintenance messages during the month or year for intensive database work. Your databases are backed up every day! Separate from the cPanel daily backup, these are RDS snapshots of the EBS SSD Volumes that can be commissioned in seconds on demand, or transferred to a data-center on the other coast. We also offer DynamoDB is a highly scalable, fully managed NoSQL database service. Its seamless throughput and storage scaling, as well as automatic 3-way replication frees you from time-consuming database administration tasks and allows you to focus on your application and business. Another database option is Redshift which is a fully managed, easily scalable petabyte-scale data warehouse service that works with your existing business intelligence tools. It delivers fast query performance by using columnar storage technology and by parallelizing queries across multiple nodes.
Networking & DNS
ColumbusSoft provides a range of networking services enabling you to create a logically isolated network that you define, establish a private network connection to the cloud, use a highly available and scalable DNS service and deliver content to your end users with low latency at high data transfer speeds with a content delivery web service. Then you have the VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), which lets you provision a private, isolated section of the Cloud where you can launch resources in a virtual network that you define. With VPC, you can define a virtual network topology that closely resembles a traditional network that you might operate in your own datacenter, but you can not afford a datacenter!
Video Streaming & Transcoding
We can manages all aspects of maintaining your media. There's no need to administer software, scale hardware, tune performance, or otherwise manage transcoding infrastructure.
